Anne Gray
Executive Director

“It is more than a job to me, it is my vocation,” said Anne Gray, Executive Director of Crimson Ridge. Anne has over 40 years’ experience in assisted living, including 13 at Peregrine. She is a 2nd generation senior living executive – her father was an owner and operator of one of the first assisted living communities in Rochester. Anne’s role includes managing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to residents and their families. She appreciates the intimate, personalized senior care approach at Crimson Ridge and enjoys making a difference in the lives of others.

Raquel Williams
Resident Director/Case Manager

Raquel makes sure that all team members have the proper training and tools to provide quality care for our residents and families. “Our team is very experienced and quality assurance is monitored frequently to ensure we’re always meeting our residents’ needs,” she said. Raquel has over 20 years of experience in senior living and feels helping seniors find a sense of purpose and establishing friendships with residents the most rewarding part of her job.

Latoya Campbell
Resident Care Coordinator

Latoya loves interacting with older adults, whether she’s playing a card game or attending to their personal care. As Resident Care Coordinator, she welcomes new residents and oversees the smooth operation and communication of the resident care team, including making sure our residents are well provided for in their daily lives. Latoya has worked at Crimson Ridge for almost 20 years and truly enjoys the campus and the family-like environment here.

Erin May
Business Office Director

Erin is responsible for managing all business office functions including employee and resident safety, human resources, professional training, customer service and so much more! She has a great deal of compassion for seniors, especially those with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Erin has worked in senior living for 20 years, including 17 at Crimson Ridge Gardens. “We’re one of the longest standing assisted living communities in the area. We have great pride in the work that we do,” she said.

Joyce Singleton
Activity Director

Joyce is skilled at making friends with even the toughest residents! As activity director, she enjoys keeping our residents active and engaged throughout the day. Joyce’s passion is making seniors feel welcome, happy and loved. If someone were to ask her about Crimson Ridge, she’d say, “This is a great place to live and work and we’re one big happy family! I’ve never regretted working here, not for a single moment.”

Matthew Lewis
Food Service Director

As Food Service Director for both the Meadows and Gardens, Matthew loves working with the senior population and learning from our residents. He has almost 30 years of experience in senior living and enjoys the family-like atmosphere among the residents and staff at Crimson Ridge. Matthew has a strong commitment to customer service and takes pride in overseeing quality dining experiences for residents and team members in our community.

Brooks Amerose
Maintenance Director

It’s easy for Brooks to come to work every day because he has the best of both worlds. Not only does he enjoy what he does, but he gets to listen to the residents as they share their life stories and reminisce about how things used to be. His favorite thing about Crimson Ridge is the warm, friendly atmosphere whether you work here or live in our community. “The people here at Crimson Ridge are very friendly and easy to talk to,” he said.

Alyssa Stevens
Marketing Director

Alyssa’s goal is to educate potential residents and their families about the benefits of Crimson Ridge. She schedules personal tours, coordinates community events and develops marketing campaigns to increase awareness about Crimson Ridge in the greater Rochester community. “We encourage residents, families and staff members to make Crimson Ridge a place where they can be genuinely themselves. We do our best daily to help every person that comes through our doors to grow, learn and thrive.”
