Stephen Bowman
President

Stephen Bowman founded Peregrine Development in 1995 for the purpose of developing and operating long-term care facilities as well as traditional real estate. Mr. Bowman directs the development of new opportunities and shapes the culture of company personnel through visionary programs under which care is provided to residents, known to all as “The Peregrine Way.” Mr. Bowman has overseen or managed approximately 25 senior care facilities in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland and Georgia and currently oversees the operations of twelve assisted living facilities and home care services around the country. He is known for his innovative and unconventional out-of-the-box marketing strategies which have provided Peregrine industry-wide recognition and a strong and loyal customer base.

Stephen Bowman graduated in 1982 from Canisius College Magnum Cum Laude with a B.A. in political philosophy. In 1987 he graduated from Georgetown University Law School and was admitted to the bar in 1988. He also holds a real estate license in New York.

Mark Farchione

Mr. Farchione joined Peregrine in the fall of 1998 as Partner and General Counsel. In addition to handling legal matters, he assists in obtaining licensure, zoning, municipal approvals and project development tasks requiring negotiation. Prior to joining Peregrine, Mr. Farchione was a partner in the law firm of Levin & Farchione, LLP where he practiced for more than 10 years with a focus in the area of commercial real estate. He has extensive experience in developing and financing complex real estate and business transactions. Mr. Farchione received a B.A. from Hobart College in 1981, and a law degree and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Syracuse University in 1985.
