It’s easy for Brooks to come to work every day because he has the best of both worlds. Not only does he enjoy what he does, but he gets to listen to the residents as they share their life stories and reminisce about how things used to be. His favorite thing about Crimson Ridge is the warm, friendly atmosphere whether you work here or live in our community. “The people here at Crimson Ridge are very friendly and easy to talk to,” he said.
Shane’s job is to tell the Crimson Ridge story to as many people as possible. He especially appreciates the staff here who have devoted their lives to serving seniors. “I believe we have the best community in Rochester and all I need to do is show people. When someone walks through our front door for a tour, I can’t help but feel like I’m about to tell them really good news. What could be better than hearing that your loved one will be happy and safe?”
