Executive Director

“It is more than a job to me, it is my vocation,” said Anne Gray, Executive Director of Crimson Ridge. Anne has over 40 years’ experience in assisted living, including 13 at Peregrine. She is a 2nd generation senior living executive – her father was an owner and operator of one of the first assisted living communities in Rochester. Anne’s role includes managing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to residents and their families. She appreciates the intimate, personalized senior care approach at Crimson Ridge and enjoys making a difference in the lives of others.

Brandy Braumfield
Resident Director/Case Manager

“My favorite thing about working at Crimson Ridge is the people!” Brandy shares. Here role is simple – to care for and be an advocate for residents, families and staff. Although she is fairly new to the team, she is no stranger to senior living. Her passion comes from the joy she sees in residents and their families through their smiles.

Rachel Gray
Resident Care Coordinator

As Resident Care Coordinator, Rachel ensures that each resident is receiving personalized care and that their needs are met. “The fact that we are a smaller community means that we can give your loved one more individualized attention than larger communities,” she said. Rachel is a 3rd generation assisted living caregiver and she takes pride in being a knowledgeable resource for residents and their families.

Business Office Director

Linda handles HR related issues, financial information and business/employee files at Crimson Ridge. She loves being able to help residents, families and employees when they first come in, especially when they have so many questions in a new environment. “I would like to think I am able to put some of their anxiety and fears to rest,” she said.

Mary Messura
Activity Director

Mary jokingly prefers the title “Cruise Director,” because she does so much more than play Bingo, enjoy music and coordinate other engaging activities with our residents. Mary enjoys listening to their life stories and learning from their experiences. Her favorite thing about Crimson Ridge? “I walk away learning more from my job than I could ever imagine.”

Matthew Lewis
Food Service Director

As Food Service Director for both the Meadows and Gardens, Matthew loves working with the senior population and learning from our residents. He has almost 30 years of experience in senior living and enjoys the family-like atmosphere among the residents and staff at Crimson Ridge. Matthew has a strong commitment to customer service and takes pride in overseeing quality dining experiences for residents and team members in our community.

Maintenance Director

It’s easy for Brooks to come to work every day because he has the best of both worlds. Not only does he enjoy what he does, but he gets to listen to the residents as they share their life stories and reminisce about how things used to be. His favorite thing about Crimson Ridge is the warm, friendly atmosphere whether you work here or live in our community. “The people here at Crimson Ridge are very friendly and easy to talk to,” he said.

Shane’s job is to tell the Crimson Ridge story to as many people as possible. He especially appreciates the staff here who have devoted their lives to serving seniors. “I believe we have the best community in Rochester and all I need to do is show people. When someone walks through our front door for a tour, I can’t help but feel like I’m about to tell them really good news. What could be better than hearing that your loved one will be happy and safe?”
